User Verification Policy

CleerCut offers optional verification features designed to enhance transparency and trust between Creators and Clients. Verification confirms that certain identity and account authentication steps have been completed. It does not constitute endorsement, certification, or guarantee of performance.

Verification is intended to:

• Confirm that a user has completed identity authentication through CleerCut's approved verification providers
• Increase transparency within the platform
• Distinguish authenticated accounts from unverified accounts

Verification does not guarantee campaign performance, legal compliance, or business legitimacy.

To qualify for Verified Creator status, a Creator must:

• Maintain a completed profile
• Connect at least one active social media account through CleerCut's authorized authentication process
• Complete identity verification through CleerCut's third party verification or payment provider, such as Stripe

Identity documentation is processed by third party providers. CleerCut does not directly store government-issued identification documents. Verified status indicates successful account authentication. It does not represent a guarantee of audience quality, engagement authenticity, or campaign outcomes.

CleerCut may request additional verification if:

• There is credible evidence of identity misuse
• Account security concerns arise
• Required information becomes outdated

Failure to comply with verification requests may result in restricted access to certain features.

CleerCut may revoke verification status in limited circumstances, including:

• Credible evidence of identity misrepresentation
• Unauthorized use of a verified account
• Violation of Platform Terms related to identity or fraud

CleerCut retains discretion regarding verification determinations.

Verification does not:

• Guarantee legitimacy of business operations
• Guarantee content authenticity
• Guarantee contractual performance
• Transfer liability to CleerCut for user conduct

All users remain solely responsible for their actions and compliance with applicable laws.
