CleerCut is a professional platform designed to facilitate structured collaborations between Creators and Clients. All users are expected to maintain a respectful and lawful environment.

Users may not:

• Engage in hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited promotions
• Post, request, or facilitate illegal content or activity
• Misrepresent their identity, affiliation, or authority to act on behalf of a person or entity
• Circumvent CleerCut's payment system for collaborations initiated on the Platform
• Provide false information during account registration or verification

CleerCut may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that violate these guidelines.

Users are expected to:

• Communicate professionally and respectfully
• Comply with agreed campaign terms, deliverables, and deadlines
• Provide accurate and truthful information in profiles and applications
• Leave honest, good faith reviews based on actual collaboration experience
• Report suspected fraud, abuse, or security concerns to CleerCut support

Failure to adhere to these standards may result in enforcement action.

CleerCut may take action in response to violations, including:

• Issuing warnings
• Removing content
• Restricting platform functionality
• Pausing or canceling escrow in cases of suspected fraud
• Suspending or terminating accounts

CleerCut reserves discretion in determining appropriate enforcement actions.
