Age Eligibility Policy

CleerCut is a professional collaboration platform intended exclusively for adults.

You must be at least eighteen years old to create or maintain a CleerCut account. CleerCut does not permit individuals under the age of eighteen to:

• Register for an account
• Participate in campaigns
• Enter into contracts
• Send or receive payments
• Use the Platform in any capacity

By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

CleerCut may verify user age and identity through third party verification or payment providers, including Stripe Connect. CleerCut does not store government identification documents directly. If CleerCut determines that a user has misrepresented their age, the account may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated.

Providing false age information or attempting to bypass age restrictions constitutes a material violation of CleerCut's Terms of Service and may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Termination of active collaborations
• Forfeiture of platform access

CleerCut reserves the right to take additional action as permitted by law.

CleerCut does not permit guardian, proxy, or parent-managed accounts for minors. All users must independently meet the age requirement.

If CleerCut has reason to believe that an account is operated by an individual under eighteen, CleerCut may:

• Restrict account access
• Request verification through its third party providers
• Suspend or terminate the account

CleerCut may act at its discretion to maintain compliance with applicable laws and payment provider requirements.
