Introduction

CleerCut offers optional verification features designed to enhance transparency and trust between Clients and Creators. Verification confirms that certain identity and account authentication steps have been completed. It does not constitute endorsement, certification, or guarantee of performance.

1. Purpose of Verification

Verification is intended to:

  • Confirm that a user has completed identity authentication through CleerCut's approved verification providers
  • Increase transparency within the platform
  • Distinguish authenticated accounts from unverified accounts

Verification does not guarantee campaign performance, legal compliance, or business legitimacy.

2. Client Verification

To qualify for Verified Client status, a client account must:

  • Maintain an active organizational profile
  • Authenticate authorized team members through CleerCut's verification processes
  • Complete identity or payment verification through CleerCut's third party providers where applicable

Verification confirms account authentication. It does not constitute endorsement of business practices or financial standing.

3. Ongoing Verification

CleerCut may request additional verification if:

  • There is credible evidence of identity misuse
  • Account security concerns arise
  • Required information becomes outdated

Failure to comply with verification requests may result in restricted access to certain features.

4. Revocation of Verified Status

CleerCut may revoke verification status in limited circumstances, including:

  • Credible evidence of identity misrepresentation
  • Unauthorized use of a verified account
  • Violation of Platform Terms related to identity or fraud

CleerCut retains discretion regarding verification determinations.

5. No Certification or Liability

Verification does not guarantee legitimacy of business operations, campaign performance, or contractual compliance. All users remain solely responsible for their actions and compliance with applicable laws.
