Use of CleerCut Marks

Legal agreements and policies for brands and agencies using CleerCut.

Introduction

This policy governs the use of CleerCut's name, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary identifiers (CleerCut Marks). By referencing or using CleerCut Marks, you agree to comply with this policy. CleerCut retains all rights, title, and interest in its Marks.

1. Permissible Use

Users may reference CleerCut in a descriptive manner when accurately discussing their use of the platform. Examples of acceptable use include:

  • Referencing CleerCut in testimonials or reviews
  • Describing the use of CleerCut's platform features
  • Identifying collaborations managed through CleerCut

Such references must be truthful and must not imply that CleerCut endorses or sponsors the user or their business unless explicitly authorized.

2. Prohibited Uses

Without written permission from CleerCut, users may not:

  • Use CleerCut Marks in domain names, company names, or product names
  • Register social media accounts that impersonate CleerCut
  • Use CleerCut Marks in a way that implies endorsement or partnership
  • Use CleerCut branding in advertising, promotions, or commercial materials unrelated to the platform
  • Create logos, graphics, or brand treatments that incorporate CleerCut Marks

3. Logos and Client Assets

CleerCut logos and official visual brand assets may only be used with explicit written permission. If permission is granted, users must use only the official logo files provided by CleerCut, avoid altering colors, proportions, or layout, maintain clear spacing around the logo, and avoid combining CleerCut logos with other brand marks in a misleading manner.

4. Platform Screenshots

Screenshots or visual references to the CleerCut platform may be used for legitimate purposes such as reviews, tutorials, or case studies. However, screenshots may not be altered, misrepresented, or presented in a way that falsely implies endorsement or platform functionality. Users must ensure that screenshots do not expose private user information without permission.

5. Enforcement

CleerCut reserves the right to enforce its trademark and brand rights. If misuse of CleerCut Marks occurs, CleerCut may request removal of unauthorized uses, revoke previously granted permissions, and pursue legal remedies for trademark infringement or misrepresentation.

6. Ownership

All CleerCut Marks remain the exclusive property of CleerCut. Use of the Marks does not grant any ownership rights, licenses, or partnership status unless explicitly granted in writing.
