Terms of Sale

Last updated June 4, 2026

Legal agreements and policies for brands and agencies using CleerCut.

Introduction

These Terms of Sale govern purchases of subscriptions, platform services, and escrow-funded campaign payments made through the CleerCut platform. By making a purchase or funding a campaign through CleerCut, you agree to these Terms. These Terms should be read together with CleerCut's Client Agreement, Escrow and Payment Terms, and Refund Policy.

1. Payment Processing

All payments on CleerCut are processed through Stripe. Accepted payment methods are those supported by Stripe at the time of checkout, which may include credit cards and debit cards. CleerCut does not currently support PayPal or alternative payment platforms. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize CleerCut to process the applicable charges.

2. Campaign Funding and Escrow Payments

When a Client hires a Creator for a campaign, the Client must fund the full campaign amount through CleerCut's escrow system. Campaign funds are held by CleerCut's payment provider until the collaboration is completed according to the agreed contract terms. Funds are released to the Creator once the collaboration is completed and approved under the platform workflow. Additional details are governed by CleerCut's Escrow and Payment Terms.

3. Subscriptions

CleerCut offers optional subscription plans that provide Clients with access to enhanced platform features and modified commission structures. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Subscription pricing and included features are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscription plans may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice.

Cancellation — Users may cancel subscriptions through their account settings at any time. If cancellation occurs after a billing cycle has begun, the subscription will remain active until the end of that billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

Upgrades and Downgrades — If a subscription plan is upgraded, the new plan may take effect immediately and the applicable price difference may be charged. Plan downgrades typically take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

4. Billing Accuracy

Users are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method on file. CleerCut is not responsible for failed payments resulting from inaccurate billing information. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or service charges associated with their purchases.

5. Billing Errors

If a billing error occurs, users should contact CleerCut support with full transaction details. If an error is confirmed, CleerCut may issue a correction, refund, or account credit in accordance with the Refund Policy.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through a bank or card issuer without first contacting CleerCut may result in account restrictions. CleerCut reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with improper chargebacks. Users may also be responsible for fees or costs associated with chargeback disputes.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by CleerCut's Refund Policy and Escrow and Payment Terms. Refunds may be issued in cases such as campaign disputes resolved through CleerCut, verified billing errors, or duplicate charges. All other purchases are considered final unless otherwise specified in the applicable policy.

8. Pricing Changes

CleerCut reserves the right to modify pricing for subscriptions, platform services, or commission structures. Material pricing changes will apply to future transactions and may be communicated through the platform.
