This policy describes how individuals or organizations may report suspected violations involving copyrighted works, trademarks, brand identifiers, or other proprietary rights. This policy should be read together with CleerCut's DMCA Policy.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe copyrighted material has been used on the CleerCut platform without authorization, you may submit a copyright infringement notice. CleerCut processes copyright claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Please refer to CleerCut's DMCA Policy for the full procedure.
2. Reporting Trademark or Client Infringement
If you believe content on CleerCut violates trademark rights or improperly uses a protected brand name, submit a report including:
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content, including relevant URLs or screenshots
- Details of the trademark or brand rights involved, including registration information if available
- Your contact information, including name and email
- Confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
3. Reporting Other Proprietary Rights Violations
You may also report violations involving:
- Unauthorized use of proprietary content
- Impersonation of brands or creators
- Misuse of protected brand identifiers
- Misappropriation of confidential materials
4. Enforcement Procedures
When CleerCut receives a valid report, CleerCut may review the reported content, temporarily restrict or remove it, contact the responsible user, and request additional information from the reporting party. CleerCut reserves discretion in determining how to respond.

6. Limitations
CleerCut is a platform that hosts user-generated content and is not responsible for content uploaded by users. CleerCut reviews reports in good faith but cannot independently verify all claims. Submitting fraudulent or abusive infringement claims may result in account restrictions.
