Platform Fees and Pricing

CleerCut provides transparent pricing for Clients using the platform. This policy explains how platform fees are structured and when they apply. This document should be read alongside CleerCut's Terms of Service and Escrow and Payment Terms.

CleerCut offers two pricing models for Clients:

• Pay As You Go
• Subscription Plans

Clients may choose the option that best fits their campaign needs.

Under the pay-as-you-go model, CleerCut charges a commission on creator payments processed through the platform's escrow system.

Commission rate: 9.9% per creator payment.

This commission is applied when escrow funds are released to the Creator. There are no upfront listing fees or platform subscription fees under this model.

Clients may subscribe to a monthly plan that removes commission fees up to a specified campaign spend limit.

• Starter Plan: $399 per month. 0% commission on creator payments up to $5,000 per month.
• Growth Plan: $525 per month. 0% commission on creator payments up to $10,000 per month.
• Enterprise Plan: $699 per month. 0% commission on creator payments up to $20,000 per month.

If campaign spend exceeds the monthly plan limit, a 5% commission applies to the portion exceeding the plan allowance. Subscription plans renew monthly unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

CleerCut offers an optional add-on for Clients running gifting or affiliate-based campaigns.

Unlimited Gifting and Affiliate Add-On: $69.99 per month.

This add-on allows Clients to run unlimited gifting and affiliate collaborations without commission fees on those campaign types. Sponsored or paid creator campaigns continue to follow the standard pricing model unless covered by a subscription plan.

CleerCut does not charge Creators a platform commission. Creators receive the full campaign payment amount minus Stripe's standard payment processing fees, which vary by payment method and geographic region. These processing fees are deducted from Creator payouts.

Platform commissions are applied when escrow funds are released to the Creator. Payment processing fees are deducted automatically at the time of payout. Subscription fees and add-ons are billed monthly to the Client's payment method on file.

If a campaign is refunded before funds are released from escrow, CleerCut may reverse the associated platform commission. Payment processing fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the Client. Subscription fees and add-ons are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Campaign refund eligibility is governed by CleerCut's Refund Policy.

CleerCut may modify pricing structures or introduce new pricing models in the future. Material pricing changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future transactions.
