Introduction
CleerCut is a professional collaboration platform intended exclusively for adults. All Client accounts must be created and managed by individuals who are at least eighteen years old or are authorized representatives of a legal entity.
1. Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least eighteen years old to create or maintain a CleerCut account. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
2. Verification of Age
CleerCut may verify user age and identity through third party verification or payment providers, including Stripe Connect. CleerCut does not store government identification documents directly. If CleerCut determines that a user has misrepresented their age, the account may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated.
3. Enforcement
If CleerCut has reason to believe that an account is operated by an individual under eighteen, CleerCut may restrict account access, request verification through its third party providers, and suspend or terminate the account. CleerCut may act at its discretion to maintain compliance with applicable laws and payment provider requirements.
